Welcome to the new and improved PC Helpdesk request site for Beadle. You will notice a bit different look and feel, as we've moved to a new way of recording and organizing our help requests. You will notice that when you arrive at pchelp.unl.edu now, you can Submit a New Request, or, Check your Existing Requests. This is to help you, so you get a better idea of what's going on with your particular issue.
One new feature is, when you create a request, it will ask for your email address. Once you've submitted your request, you will receive an email asking you to put a password on your request account and that will verify the account for us. This is what allows you to A) check existing requests and B) log in quickly to create future requests with your information already in place. Please take a few moments to setup and verify your account!
